Dr. Mahmoud Al-Dweiri is a distinguished expert in educational development and human capacity building, with over two decades of professional experience spanning teaching, training, coaching, consultancy, school evaluation, and content development. He holds a Ph.D. with distinction in Curricula and Teaching Methods (Mathematics) from the University of Jordan, in addition to a Master’s degree in Curricula and Teaching Methods from the World Islamic Sciences and Education University (WISE), and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Yarmouk University. Throughout his career, Dr. Al-Dweiri has established himself as a leading consultant and master trainer across the Arab region. He was recognized as the “Number One Trainer in the Arab World” by the Arab Trainers Union (2017, 2018, and 2022) in acknowledgment of his outstanding contributions to educational development and strategic planning. His professional credentials include certification as a Master Trainer from In-holland University (Netherlands), a Pearson Certified Teacher Trainer, and an IBTA-certified instructor in leadership, sales, and training of trainers. He is also a certified school evaluator under the UAE School Inspection Framework and holds RCQM certification from Education Development Trust (EDT), in addition to he certifies as STEM instructor from STEM.ORG. Dr. Al-Dweiri has extensive regional experience, having contributed to large-scale educational reform and capacity-building initiatives in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. He has worked closely with the Jordanian Ministry of Education in analyzing international assessment results such as TIMSS and PISA and has played a key role in major training programs, including USAID-funded education reform projects. In Saudi Arabia, he trained mathematics supervisors to become national trainers under the “Mathematics and Science Master Trainer Program.” In addition, He is The Chairman of the Specific Council for Education - Union of Arab Trainers. His expertise lies in designing and delivering impactful training programs grounded in behavioral change methodologies and experiential learning approaches, fostering comprehensive educational environments that support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Dr. Al-Dweiri has held several leadership and academic positions, including Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean at Middle East University. He also served as Executive Manager and Training Manager at PRO Hands and Minds Academy, and as a School Evaluator in the UAE. Currently, he serves as Chief Academic and Curriculum Officer (CACO) at Lumen Learn Consulting and Training Agency in the MENA region, and as Education Officer with the Lutheran World Federation in Amman. In addition, he Chairs the Education Council within the Arab Trainers Union and is the founder of the “Certified Arab Teacher (CAT)” program, a pioneering initiative aimed at advancing teacher competencies across the Arab world.
