The website www.arabtrainers.org is the property of the Arab Trainers Union and its aims to improve lifelong learning anytime anywhere. Apply for membership and participate in the Arab Trainers Union Courses and Awards. These terms and conditions apply to them and to all training bodies.

• Definitions

In these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’), the following definitions shall apply:

• Arab Trainers Union: is a non-profit educational and training platform for the Arab Union of Trainers.
• Arab Trainers Union: a Non for Profit Organization registered at the Council of Arab Economic Unity  registered under number 1760/D105 , managed and represented by the president Dr. Younes Khataybeh, The Chairman Rola Ibrahim and board of directors form 20 Arab Country , Arab Trainers Union having its registered office at 7 Al-Mushref Street, Khalda- Amman – Jordan;
• ‘the Website’: : means any website under the ownership or control of Arab Trainers Union from which a link has been created to these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation https://www.arabtrainers.org/;
• ‘the Material’ : means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links, video or computer code published on, contained in or available on the Website;
• ‘User’ means the individual, firm, company or organization accessing, browsing or using this Website for any purpose (including, without limitation, donating, Membership fees, books pricing,Training Courses fees to Arab Trainers Union, fees for events, purchasing courses material, or commenting on the Website);

Accounts

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]You need an account for most activities on our website, including purchasing and enrolling in a course. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.

You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account without permission. If you share your account login credential with someone else, you are responsible for what happens with your account.

When instructors publish a course on Arab Trainers Union website or EEduCampus, they grant Arab Trainers Union a license to offer a license to the course to students. This means that we have the right to sublicense the course to the students who enroll in the course.

As a student, when you enroll in a course, whether it’s a free or paid course, you are getting from Arab Trainers Union a license to view the course via the Arab Trainers Union website or EEduCampus platform, and Arab Trainers Union is the licensor of record. Courses are licensed, and not sold, to you. This license does not give you any right to resell the course in any manner (including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the course and sharing it on torrent sites).

In legal, more complete terms, Arab Trainers Union grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non- commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular courses or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Arab Trainers Union authorized representative. This also applies to content you can access via any of our APIs.

We give time limit to access license to our students when they enroll in a course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Applicable terms and conditions

The Website is owned by Arab Trainers Union and any use made of this Website (including registrations, training programs, memberships, awards and donations made via the Website), are subject to these Terms and Conditions , payments and refunds. These Terms and Conditions refer to and incorporate the following additional terms, which also apply to the User’s use of the Website:

(a) our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from the User, or that the User provides to us;

Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies used on the Website; and

(c) our Online Selling Terms and Conditions, payments and refunds which will apply if the User purchases goods from the Website.

 Arab Trainers Union may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating the text of this page. Any changes made by Arab Trainers Union will be binding on the User.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The price of a course, membership, awards our any other activities offered on the Arab Trainers Union website are exactly the price offered by Dollar or Jordanian Dinar, pricing are subject to change, sales and promotions.

We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course or any other activities will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available to new users only.

If you are logged into your account, the listed currency you see is based on your location when you created your account. If you are not logged into your account, the price currency is based on the country where you are located. We do not enable users to see pricing in other currencies.

If you are a student located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. In certain countries, the price you see may include such taxes.

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. Arab Trainers Union works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within (10) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.

We use coupon payment that means you prepaid the fees to our local partners; the local partners are responsible for the payment to Arab Trainers Union.

Refunds and Credits

Refund is applied only if you register for the same product by mistake or if you apply for membership that rejected by Arab Trainers Union, you can request, within 10 days of your purchase, Arab Trainers Union credit/refund your account. We reserve the right to apply a credit or a refund, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 10-day guarantee time limit has passed .

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.

Order Cancellation and Account Closing Policy

You can browse the open site at any time unconditionally. To register, we ask for data and email confirmation, and you will create your own dashboard and you will be solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the data and legal consequences, and you can cancel the account through your dashboard any time you wish.

If you order any of our services and do not want to complete you can stop immediately and no data is stored as long as you do not make any payments, after payment cannot cancel you purchased product.

If you are an instructor, be sure to understand the course licensing terms that are detailed in the Instructor Agreement.

When you post comments, questions, reviews, and when you submit to us ideas and suggestions for new features or improvements, you authorize Arab Trainers Union to use and share this content with anyone, distribute it and promote it on any platform and in any media, and to make modifications or edits to it as we see fit. In legal language, by submitting or posting content on or through the platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content in any and all media or distribution methods (existing now or later developed). This includes making your content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with Arab Trainers Union for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication of content on other media. If you are a student, the Services enable you to ask questions to the instructors of courses you are enrolled in, and to post reviews of courses. For certain courses, the instructor invites you to submit content as “homework” or tests. Don’t post or submit anything that is not yours.

If you are an instructor, you can submit courses for publication on the platform based on an agreement with Arab Trainers Union and you can also communicate with the students who have enrolled in your courses. In both cases, you must abide by the law and respect the rights of others: you cannot post any course, question, answer, review or other content that violates applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for any courses, content, and actions you post or take via the platform and Services and their consequences. Make sure you understand all the copyright restrictions set forth in the Instructor Agreement before you submit any course for publication on Arab Trainers Union.

If we are put on notice that your course or content violates the law or the rights of others (for example, if it is established that it violates intellectual property or image rights of others, or is about an illegal activity), or if we believe your content or behavior is unlawful, inappropriate, or objectionable, we may remove your content from our platform. Binding Agreement

Even if we are delayed in exercising our rights or fail to exercise a right in one case, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights under these Terms, and we may decide to enforce them in the future. تم نشر شروط وأحكام استخدام الموقع بتاريخ 14/10/2020 وهي شروط عامه لاستخدام المنصة التدريبية والموقع الإلكتروني لاتحاد المدربين العرب www.arabtrainers.org

نرجو قراءة شروط الاستخدام بعناية قبل الدخول أو المشاركة في أي من  البرامج التدريبية أو الجوائز أو طلب العضوية أو قوائم أو التعاملات اخرى الموجودة في المنصة الالكترونية التدريبية  أو موقع اتحاد المدربين العرب العامل في نطاق مجلس الوحدة الأقتصادية العربية بجامعة الدول العربية  أو مواقع الاتحاد.

أن استخدام موقع منصة وموقع الاتحاد تخضع لموافقة على شروط الاستخدام، من خلال استخدام الموقع والمنصة الالكترونية التدريبية تعني الموافقة المسبقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام والالتزام بها، اذا لا توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام يجب عليك عدم استخدام هذا الموقع.

موقع المنصة الالكترونية التدريبية www.eeducampus.net أو www.arabtrainers .org هو ملك اتحاد المدربين العرب وتهدف لتحسين التعلم مدى الحياة في أي وقت في أي مكان، نحن نساعد المدربين المعتمدين على تسجيل واخراج دوراتهم المصورة بتقنيات الفيديو ونتيح للمتدرب سهولة الوصول الى هذه الدورات، كما نسهل مشاركة المدربين في تقديم طلب العضوية والمشاركة في جوائز اتحاد المدربين العرب وتنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام عليهم وعلى جميع الهيئات التدريبية.

من خلال موافقتك على هذه الشروط والأحكام فأنت توافق على حل أي خلاف من خلال مجلس ادارة اتحاد المدربين العرب.

1. تعاريف

في هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط والأحكام”) ، فأن المصطلحات تُعرف كما يلي:

• المنصة الالكترونية للتدريب “EeduCampus” : هي منصة تعليمية وتدريبية لاتحاد المدربين العرب لا تهدف للربح والرسوم رمزية.
• اتحاد المدربين العرب: منظمة عربية تعمل في نطاق مجلس الوحدة الأقتصادية العربية مسجلة برقم 1760/D105 لا تهدف الى الربح ومقر الاتحاد الرئيسي في العاصمة الأردنية عمان بموجب اتفاقية المقر الموقعة مع الحكومة الأردنيه ويمثلها رئيس الاتحاد الدكتور يونس خطايبه والأمين العام الأستاذة رولا محمد خير ويديره مجلس ادارة من 20 دولة عربية. وعنوان المقر ( 7 شارع المشرف – خلدا – عمان – المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وموقعه الالكتروني (arabtrainers.org) .
• المواقع الالكتروني لاتحاد المدربين العرب والمنصة الالكترونية للتدريب ملك وتحت سيطرة اتحاد المدربين العرب وتطبق عليهما هذه الشروط والأحكام.
• الحقائب التدريبية: تعني جميع المعلومات المصورة والمكتوبة والصور والنماذج والتصاميم والوصلات وبيانات الاعضاء والمشاركين .
• المستخدم: يعني أي فرد أو مدرب أو منظمة أو شركة تستخدم مواقع اتحاد المدربين العرب ومنها المنصة الالكترونية للتدريب، ويشمل على وجه العموم وليس الحصر أعضاء اتحاد المدربين العرب والمشاركين في الدورات التدريبية والفعاليات والمتبرعين.

2. الحساب

تحتاج إلى التسجيل وإنشاء حساب لمعظم الأنشطة على مواقعنا الالكترونية، بما في ذلك الشراء والتسجيل في الدورة التدريبية، والمدربين، عند إعداد حسابك يتم انشاء واجه خاصة بالمستخدم ، يجب عليك تقديم ومتابعة المعلومات الدقيقة والكاملة ، بما في ذلك عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وهاتف جوال.

تتحمل مسؤولية كاملة عن حسابك وكل ما يحدث في حسابك ، بما في ذلك أي ضرر أو (لنا أو لأي شخص آخر) بسبب شخص يستخدم حسابك. هذا يعني أنك بحاجة إلى توخي الحذر مع كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. لا يجوز لك نقل حسابك إلى شخص آخر أو استخدام حساب شخص آخر دون إذن. إذا كنت تشارك بيانات اعتماد تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك مع شخص آخر ، فأنت مسؤول عن ما يحدث في حسابك.

المدربون عندما ينشر دورة تدريبية على موقع اتحاد المدربين العرب أو منصة الاتحاد  EEduCampus ، فإنهم يمنحون اتحاد المدربين العرب ترخيصاً متضمن جميع حقوق الملكية لنشر دوراتهم وبيعها وبذلك تكون جميع أنواع الحقوق لاتحاد المدربين العرب بما فيها الحق في الحصول على ترخيص من الباطن للطلاب المسجلين في الدورة.

كطالب ، عندما تقوم بالتسجيل في دورة تدريبية ، سواء كانت دورة مجانية أو مدفوعة ، فإنك تحصل على ترخيص من اتحاد المدربين العرب لمشاهدة الدورة التدريبية عبر منصة اتحاد المدربين العرب (EEduCampus) ، ويكون اتحاد المدربين العرب هو المرخص لتسجيلك. الدورات مرخصة وليست مباعة لك. لا يمنحك هذا الترخيص أي حق في إعادة بيع الدورة التدريبية بأي طريقة (بما في ذلك مشاركة معلومات الحساب مع المشتري أو تنزيل الدورة التدريبية بطريقة غير قانونية ومشاركتها على مواقع الالكترونية أو غير الكترونية).

يمنح اتحاد المدربين العرب الطالب ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل إلى دورات تدريبية من خلال الدورات المصورة أوالمحتوى أو كلاهما وكل ما يرتبط بالدورات، فقط تستخدم لك للفائدة العلمية وليس لأغراض تجارية أو غير تجارية. جميع الاستخدامات الأخرى غير المشاهدة محظورة صراحة. لا يجوز لك إعادة إنتاج أو إعادة توزيع أو إرسال أو تخصيص أو بيع أو بث أو تأجير أو مشاركة أو إقراض أو تعديل أو تكييف أو تعديل أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة من أي من الأقسام الفرعية أو بأي طريقة أو استخدام أي دورة تدريبية ما لم نمنحك إذناً صريحاً بالقيام بذلك في اتفاقية مكتوبة موقعة من ممثل مفوض من اتحاد المدربين العرب. ينطبق هذا أيضاً على المحتوى الذي يمكنك الوصول إليه عبر أي من واجهات برمجة التطبيقات الخاصة بنا.

يتم منح الطالب رخصة محددة بمدة زمنية ويحق للاتحاد تعديل المدة الزمنية ولا يترتب على اتحاد المدربين العرب اي تبعات قانونية.

3. استخدام الموقع

الموقع الإلكتروني مملوك من قبل اتحاد المدربين العرب وأي استخدام لهذا الموقع (بما في ذلك رسوم الدورات والتبرعات ورسوم العضويات ورسوم المشارك في جوائز الاتحاد التي تتم عبر الموقع الإلكتروني) تخضع لهذه الشروط والأحكام. تشير هذه البنود والشروط إلى البنود الإضافية التالية ، والتي تنطبق أيضاً على استخدام المستخدم للموقع:

• سياسة الخصوصية ، والتي تحدد الشروط التي نعالج بها أي بيانات شخصية نجمعها من المستخدم ، أو التي يقدمها لنا المستخدم ؛
• سياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بنا ، والتي تحدد معلومات حول ملفات تعريف الارتباط المستخدمة على الموقع الإلكتروني ؛ و
• شروط وأحكام البيع عبر الإنترنت الخاصة بنا ، والتي ستنطبق إذا قام المستخدم بشراء أي من برامجنا وأنشطتنا والعضوية من منصة التدريب الالكترونية.

يجوز لاتحاد المدربين العرب ، حسب تقديره الخاص ، تعديل أو مراجعة هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت عن طريق تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام. أي تغييرات يقوم بها اتحاد المدربين العرب ستكون ملزمة للمستخدم.

4. المدفوعات والاعتمادات والمبالغ المستردة

يتم وضع اسعار جميع الدورات والعضوية ورسوم الاشتراك بالجوائز والفعاليات وجميع الأنشطة بالدينار الأردني على موقع منصة التدريب الالكتروني لاتحاد المدربين العرب “EeduCampus” وموقع الاتحاد الالكتروني وهو بالضبط السعر المعروض وأنظمة التسعير.

نحن ندير بانتظام عروض ترويجية ومبيعات لدوراتنا ، وبعض الدورات التدريبية متاحة فقط بأسعار مخفضة لفترة زمنية محددة. سيكون السعر المطبق على الدورة هو السعر في الوقت الذي تكمل فيه عملية شراء الدورة (عند الخروج). قد يختلف أي سعر معروض لدورة معينة أيضاً عند تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك عن السعر المتاح للمستخدمين الذين لم يتم تسجيلهم أو تسجيل الدخول ، لأن بعض العروض الترويجية الخاصة بنا متاحة للمستخدمين الجدد فقط.

إذا كنت في بلد تسري عليه ضريبة المبيعات والاستخدام ، وضريبة السلع والخدمات ، أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة على مبيعات المستهلك ، فنحن مسؤولون عن تحصيل تلك الضريبة وتحويلها إلى السلطات الضريبية المناسبة. في بعض البلدان ، لا يشمل السعر الذي تراه هذه الضرائب.

أنت توافق على دفع رسوم الدورات التدريبية التي تشتريها ، وتفوضنا في فرض رسوم على بطاقة الخصم أو الائتمان الخاصة بك أو معالجة وسائل دفع أخرى لتلك الرسوم. يعمل اتحاد المدربين العرب مع شركاءه لمعالجة الدفع ومن أطراف ثالثة لنقدم لك أكثر طرق الدفع ملاءمة في بلدك وللحفاظ على معلومات الدفع الخاصة بك آمنة.

عند إجراء عملية شراء ، فإنك توافق على عدم استخدام طريقة دفع غير صالحة أو غير مصرح بها. إذا فشلت طريقة الدفع الخاصة بك وما زلت تحصل على حق الوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية التي تسجل فيها ، فإنك توافق على دفع الرسوم المقابلة لنا في غضون عشرة أيام (10) يوماً من إخطارنا. نحن نحتفظ بالحق في تعطيل الوصول إلى أي دورة تدريبية لم نتلق لها مدفوعات كافية.

نحن نستخدم دفع القسيمة وهذا يعني أنك دفعت الرسوم مسبقاً لشركائنا المحليين ؛ الشركاء المحليون مسؤولون عن الدفع لاتحاد المدربين العرب.

لا يمكنك طلب استرداد أي مبالغ نفذت لاي نشاط الا في حالت وقعك في خطأ التسجيل بشكل مكرر و يقوم اتحاد المدربين العرب باعتماد / إعادة الأموال إلى حسابك في هذه الحالة فقط. نحن نحتفظ بالحق في تطبيق ائتمان أو استرداد ، وفقًا لتقديرنا ، وفقاً لقدرات شركائنا في معالجة الدفع.

سياسة الغاء الطلب واغلاق الحساب

يمكنك تصفح الموقع المفتوح في أي وقت دون قيد أو شرط، للتسجيل نطلب منك بيانات وتأكيد الايميل وعندها يتم انشاء وحدة تحكم خاصة بك وتتحمل وحدك صحة ودقة البيانات والتبعات القانونية بشأنها، كما يمكنك الغاء الحساب من خلال وحدة التحكم الخاصة بك.

وفي حال طلب الشراء لأي من خدماتنا ولا تريد الاستكمال يمكنك التوقف مباشرة ولا يتم تخزين اي من بيانات في هذه الحال ولا يترتب عليك اي مدفوعات، ولكن يجب أن يكون ذلك قبل إجراء عملية الدفع.

5. قواعد المحتوى

لم يتم تصميم منصة التدريب الالكترونية لتلبية احتياجات أو للوفاء بالمتطلبات الفردية ، وتقع على عاتق المستخدم وحده مسؤولية الوفاء بملاءمة هذه المعلومات قبل استخدام المعلومات بأي طريقة لأغراضها، أن كانت دورات تدريبية أو عضوية أو المشاركة في جوائز الاتحاد.

يتم تحديث المحتوى باستمرار وتغيير المحتوى من وقت لآخر ، ومع ذلك نحن غير ملزمين بتحديث أي معلومات واردة على المنصمة.

عندما تنشر التعليقات والأسئلة والتعليقات وعندما تقدم لنا أفكارًا ومقترحات بشأن ميزات أو تحسينات جديدة أو طرح أسئلة ، فأنت تفوض “اتحاد المدربين العرب” لاستخدام هذا المحتوى ومشاركته مع أي شخص ، وتوزيعه والترويج له على أي منصة وفي أي وسائط ، وإجراء تعديلات عليها كما نراها مناسبة. باللغة القانونية ، من خلال تقديم أو نشر محتوى على أو من خلال المنصة ، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصاً عالمياً حصري وخالي من حقوق الامتياز (مع الحق في الحصول على ترخيص من الباطن) لاستخدام أو نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو معالجة أو تكييف أو تعديل أو نشر ، ونقل ، وعرض ، وتوزيع المحتوى الخاص بك في أي وجميع وسائل الإعلام أو  عن طرق التوزيع. يتضمن ذلك إتاحة المحتوى الخاص بك لشركات أو مؤسسات أو أفراد آخرين يشاركون في اتحاد المدربين العرب من أجل مشاركة المحتوى أو بثه أو توزيعه أو نشره على وسائط أخرى.

أنت المسؤول عند استخدامك للخدمات على منصتنا بتوافقها مع القوانين أو اللوائح المحلية أو الوطنية المعمول بها في بلدك. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن المعرفة والامتثال لهذه القوانين واللوائح التي تنطبق عليك، ومن ضمنها شهادات الدورات والاعتماد.

6. اتفاقية ملزمة

أنت توافق على أنه من خلال تسجيل خدماتنا أو الوصول إليها أو استخدامها ، فإنك توافق على إبرام عقد ملزم قانوناً مع اتحاد المدربين العرب. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط ، فلا تسجل أو تدخل أو تستخدم أياً من خدماتنا.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

تبذل منصة التدريب الالكترونية جهدها لضمان أن تكون المعلومات والخدمات في مواقعها الإلكترونية دقيقة وقت النشر، إلا أنها لا تقدم أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني حول دقة المعلومات.

لا يتحمل الاتحاد أية مسؤولية على أي آثار مترتبة أو فقدان أو ضرر قد يحدث للمستخدم أو طرف ثالث بسبب استخدام المنصة وخدماتها. وينطبق الحكم على أي محتويات منشورة أو محذوفات محتملة.

لا تقتضي الروابط لمواقع خارجية وجود أي علاقة، تجارية أو غيرها، بين موقع اتحاد المدربين العرب والموقع الالكتروني للجهة المحال إليها أو المشتركة مع المنصة.

كما تبذل المنصة واتحاد المدربين العرب جهوهما  لضمان خلو محتوى الموقع من الفيروسات، ولا يتحملا مسؤولية أية أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام المحتوى المنشور، وتقع مسؤولية استخدام المعلومات المتوفرة في هذه المواقع على عاتقك.

وأخيراً، توافق على عدم الدخول أو محاولة الدخول لأي من حسابات المستخدمين أو تحريف أو محاولة تحريف هويتك أثناء استخدامك للمواقع.

تحتفظ المنصة بحقوق الطبع والنشر لكافة أجهزة الإعلام والشعار والتوقيع والصور والرسومات والفيديو والنسخة النصية ما لم يصدر تصريح علني بذلك.
